Moving some channels from unsorted to "Chile" #1893

It doesn't seem to work. (404 Not Found) on testings. (Maybe not an 24/7 stream ?)

see #1894 - merged all chilean channels. will hold off on removing broken links as they seem to work sometimes.

I see some channels got "TuStreaming" in version 3. i'll try with Tendencias TV.
