There's something weird with this server... even if I try to read the change the ID to a random number he still finds something (even with a string inside the number). Odd.

Apologies if wrong place - seems most of the channels like BS Asahi, TV Fuji etc. are not working? They'll load, but then won't buffer and stream?

Best links we had were on this server, which appears to be official streams from the Tokyo Metropolitan Television Broadcasting Corp.

Difficult to get them stable I see... they're going into some ups and downs... Wonder if the last incidents didn't impact the streams actually...

What I observe for the last two(?) weeks is that all the channels (bar NHK News, and NHK General News) "work" in that they'll load up, and if you leave them be they may be even buffer and move half a second, but otherwise don't stream. In addition they'll oft have pink/grey/pixels-all-over the screen. Which implies the streams do somehow work, but aren't working well at all?

Yes, the worst ones we had so far were the IP + port links with certain channel, they sure answer requests fast but poorly loads.

The Ryowa links were stable not so long ago, I think the last mudslide that happened in Japan has impacted their streams, depending on where they were located.

now i'm testing the NHK BS1 channel but it's like an broken engine #LoL

Something's up with the NHK streams - they'll load for a while and play for a while, then kick me back to the main menu for no reason. Anyone else getting that?

Does not exist on the main host the other links came from (from what we know), but at a certain hour, Disney Junior programs gets streamed on Disney Channel.

Is there any way to access NHK sub channels (NHK総合サブ or NHK Eテレサブ)? There does not seem to be any entry for them in the playlist.

Many Japan streams are down again. All BS Channels and most Broadcast Channels are down. Fuji, NHK G, Tokyo MX1 (the Not 24-7 streams and the webcam stream), MX2, NTV are among those up right now.

  • [X] TV Japan (#1303) (Assuming TV Japan = Nihon TV / Nippon TV, it was added on last Japanese PR additions)

TV Japan, as far as I know, is the Americas feed of NHK World Premium, and not NTV. This feed offers programs from the commercial broadcasters alongside NHK, the same as the EMEA feed (JSTV) and unlike NHK-only on the Asia-Pacific feed (NHK World Premium).

Not having the issue with NHK G. Sure, it buffers, but it doesn't crash out.

On another note, I'm hoping those dead streams removed be back to stream ASAP.
