Should add a dns flush option. #196

When the tunnel crashes/goes down for some period of time, the dns cache might 
get poisoned by a rouge dns (GFW). It renders many apps unusable. On my device 
"ndc resolver flushif wlan0" fixes the problem. So it'd be nice to have an 
option to flush dns on each connection just to make sure there's no poisoning.
