I feel like he wants more details than this, but this is what is in the notes: To Save:

Save the CPU registers to the PCB
Save stack and memory (possibly)
Save Program Counter

To Restore:

Restore PCB saved registers to CPU
Restore stack and memoy (possibly)
Restore Program Counter (must be last)
