Cannot read property scrollIntoView of null #1313

I get this everytime I load the notebook and click on a link from the contents pane

If I press the refresh button, then everything starts working and returns to normal

I still face this issue, refresh button doesn't help. @saravanabalagi did you manage to find a solution for this?
