readthedocs.org is unavailable anymore because of deprecation, they've changed their TLD to .io

It should still work with a redirect, but thanks, it's good to get these updated.

I've posted this PR, because visiting .org version resulted in some server error (probably smth was misconfigured on their side). Right now both domains work fine for me.
