Update notebook dependency instructions #81

Add a small comment about how to install the notebook dependencies using conda

I would actually just leave the explanation out. I'm pretty sure people can work out that if they don't want the notebook/qtconsole they can leave out the corresponding name. And I'd like to keep the install page as short as practical.

I think removing the extra note that they can be omitted is a good idea
