(I've seen the discussion in https://github.com/ipython/ipython_genutils/issues/18 and I am looking forward to the day when we no longer need to package ipython_genutils in Fedora, but unfortunately, this day is not here yet, hence I managed to get this building on Python 3.11 with this change.)
