Enhancement: StM / sWPM module #123

These are the next two modules in Dot I/O

Work is already well under way on the StM module and it is almost finished.

The sWPM module will come afterwards (is actually the one between ChM and StM), but it should be relatively low effort as it uses the same source of words as the StM module.
