external links via listings #114

I tried including external links in the listings setting from the posts_eat.qmd page.

112 should be reviewed first

I've added a working example for eatPlot. @grewered please do the same for the other packages. In the description field, you can just add a short descritption from the old package sites.

@nickhaf I added the authors/contact persons as well. I think it would be nice, if they could link to some contact info, if that's possible, but maybe not necessary.
