renv tutorial #125

I've updated the renv tutorial(s) on the website, could you please take a look if the workflow is comprehensible and does work for you?

I think it is a bit confusing to have 2 introductions to renv. maybe either put them into one file or link in one to the other? like keeping the call outs in the "updating the website", but then link to the renv-intro? so that there's no redundant info.

I agree, merged them into one, could you please take a quick look if its better now?
