Slight difference in coverage on blaZ seen by standard and InSilicoOligo methods #1

I don't understand why, for sample C0002426, I see different percentage coverage on blaZ depending on whether I use InSilicoOligos or not. Reproduced on another sample (C00000784), but for that sample the problem went away with commit fafba49a29a97e051d032703a455c3208ead9ded, where I fixed an error-cleaning bug.

Look into this, and confirm results of resistotyping unaffected.

This is fixed now, I was wrongly leaving coverage on the skeleton.
