Could the below now all be wrapped up in one install script, so the user doesn't need to do so much?
Install requirements mccortex
NB: You must install the version of mccortex that comes with this repostitory
cd Mykrobe-predictor cd mccortex make export PATH=$PATH:$(pwd)/bin cd .. Install Mykrobe predictor
Download probes (run from top level dir)
./scripts/download-probes.sh
