PyPi releases do not include the license file #142

Could you please include the license file in the release tarballs at the Python Package Index? Distributions should include the license file to conform to its terms, see the relevant parts of the license:

MYKROBE PREDICTOR©2015, Isis Innovation Limited (the "Software")

1.  [...] the Licensee will ensure that the copyright notice set out above appears prominently wherever the Software is reproduced, modified, transmitted or transferred in any form.
[...]
6.  The Licensee may only reproduce, modify, transmit or transfer the Software where:
[...]
b.  the conditions of this Licence are imposed upon the receiver of the Software or any modified Software; 
[...]
