missing / / in run_indep_wkflow_with_gnu_par.pl #9

Got this error: cat: out_NWcombine/list_args_for_final_step: No such file or directory ls: cannot access outNW//union_calls/_vcf: No such file or directory /home/henk/vcftoolsperl/vcf-merge outNW//union_calls/_vcf.gz > out_NWEnt_NW.combined.vcf sh: 1: /home/henk/vcftoolsperl/vcf-merge: not found

Errors are due to missing /'s in paths: should be easy fix.
