arduino-tiny-0150-0018 is missing bootloader.tool or upload.tool #102

I'm using arduino 1.5.4
I added board.txt. 
In the readme they talk about a programmers.txt don't have one in that folder

When I try to put  bootloader on a attiny I get this message:
Error while bruning bootloader: missing 'bootloader.tool' configuration 
parameter

When I try to upload something
Error while uploading: missing 'upload.tool' configuration parameter

Using Arduino IDE 1.0.5 fixed my problem.
