redirects to admin/pages #1

Hi I'm reviewing your module looks like it could be helpful.

Though I'm having trouble seeing the ModelAdmin in the CMS, When I click Form Builder in left menu it redirects back to admin/pages and never takes me to the view to create a Form

I tried with a base install of silverstripe/installer and it works but, now getting other issues e.g Line 19 in /app/vendor/iqnection-modules/formbuilder/src/Extensions/Cacheable.php Undefined variable $suffixes
