Add extra spacing in Latex for y axis labels

The parameters in the conditional plot seem to overlap (with each other or with the parentheses). Maybe adding extra spacing in the underlying Latex will help?

These actually look fine when running locally, though they appear incorrect (e.g., no comma, bad spacing) on web browsers. Not sure why this is different.

From internet: I specify it in the YAML and the console prints "--pdf-engine xelatex" --- check to see if we specify the latex engine at all
