Ordered Logit (X), conditional plot (DGP tab) #18

In the conditional plot for ordered logit (X) in the DGP tab, we have conditional on $\gamma$, but this parameter is not in the probability model anywhere. Maybe condition on $\tau_1$ instead?

In the fst table, it looks like $\gamma$ should be a reparameterization (maybe of $\tau_1$?). Check with Gary/Natalie and then fix in both OL(X) and OP(X).
