Poisson (Exp) in model tab: observed probability plot bug #24

There is a weird gap after y = 0 in the observed probability plot for Poisson (Exp) in the model tab. This might be an underlying issue with Poisson distribution generally?

This was fixed when fixing the observed plot for Neg. Binom -- all discrete DGP's should be fixed now. Fixed locally.
