Poisson seems to have a max MLE of 12 for lambda #30

MLE for lambda keeps stopping at 12

Fixed locally. Now up to 20.

Question: if true parameter = 20, should we add in some wiggle room in case the MLE for the data is slightly higher?

Readjusted to 25 to match slider.
