Fixed in QOI tab

Now need to make sure that user can select covariate for X axis -- in both model tab and QOI tab

If you add a second covariate in the assumed covariates section (Model tab), only two lines draw in the FF plot

Also, with >1 assumed covariates, the ff plot just looks wrong (not adding up to 1 at any given X)...

Seems to only be a problem for OL(X) with everything at presets and 2 covariates & 2 assumed covariates... fine with OP(X)?

I think it was because tau was too small, so there were very few observations in the middle category --> only 2 categories predicted?

Was an issue with reparameterized gamma going in as tau. Fixed
