PVR-150 won't stream - Githubissues

The PVR-150 asserts with invalid number of buffers

In the end I discovered the issue here. 

The PVR-150 does not support the streaming interface, you can 'read' data from 
it
though. For frames in HM12 you have to use /dev/video32 as the others (video0 
and
video24) only appear to support MPEG.
