Hi there,

This query is regarding the reCOGNIZER output .tsv.

Therein, in the COG_quantification.tsv file, there are five columns. I am just wondering what the 1st column signifies. Is is the number of counts of that COG present in the metagenome or number of similar hits present in the COG database or something else. The results do not present any column headings so the confusion.

Please help mw with the clarification.
