Per the title. Every time OMM is started, the window and layout is reset to the defaults.

Window geometry is stored in global configuration located in <username>/AppData/Roaming/Open Mod Manager/config.xml Can you confirm this file exist in your computer and is properly writable and readable ? Can you copy past content of this file ?
