Why the change from using the cluster for start to using just a single instance?

Closing PR, the updates are to change the logo, which is depedennt on the end user's own implementation. The major changes of markets may be great, but are tied to the change from Cluster to Instance and the personal implementation. So i'm closing and ask a separate PR is created.
