Horizontal scrollbar dissapear #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Resizing Vizzy window to less then 580px width.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Horizontal scrollbar dissapear.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Vizzy 2.1, Windows 2003, Screen resolution 1680 x 1050

Actually there's no horizontal scroll bar at all, if you make the main window 
too small then bottom buttons won't fit, so it's not possible to make a 
horizontal scroll with current design. 
Why do you need that? Do you need a small window of Vizzy?

Silly me. Actually, it's about vertical, not horizontal scrollbar.
