It would be much more powerful if there will be an option 
"Highlight lines include such string..."  instead of "Highlight lines starting 
with...".

Or an option "Higlight lines" with 2 radio buttons:
1. "including such string..."
2. "starting with such string..."    
(to prevent overage parsing)
