This caused confusion, and one left-over included prevented OSI compatible compilation.
We take the opportunity and clean up the ObmW subdirectory further, by removing unneeded header files and by removing the Layout widget (is in Xaw3d). This also removed the build dependency from bison and flex, simplifying the build.
The remaining few files from ObmW/Xraw are now moved to ObmW.
