Hej !

The file pcl/ros/conversion.h didn't exist for me and the project compiled without needing it.

Please create a separate PR, one for PCL definition end Remove pcl/ros/conversions.h and the other to edit the cfg file. For better representation of pi we can import in cfg file math "import math" and we can use "math.pi" instead of 3.14...
