Annotations tools errors [HMTL5] #336

1. download and unzip FlexPaper_2.0.3_c_Annotations_1.0.20_Customizable_UI
2. deploy on a web server like Apache 2.0
3. open index.html
4. click on "FlexPaper in HTML5 mode"
5. click on "Highlight" tool (or "Strikeout" or "Create note" or "Draw")

When I select a tool from the Annotation toolbar, there are sometimes glitches 
and a JavaScript error on the browser console. After using the tool it is 
automatically deselected.

FlexPaper version: FlexPaper_2.0.3_c_Annotations_1.0.20_Customizable_UI
OS: Ubuntu 12.04
Browser: Chromium 20

Chromium errors :
Uncaught TypeError: Property 'setCurrentCursor' of object #<Object> is not a 
function

Fixed in our dev branch.  Let us know if you want a snapshot build and we'll 
send you one. The final version will be released on friday the 21st of Dec
