Zoom slider reacts too slowly #349

1. Open Adaptive UI interface, flash version
2. Zoom in and out in a rapid sequence

Every time you zoom out up to left side of the slider, the zoom percentage 
changes. 

FlexPaper version: FlexPaper_2.0.6_c_Annotations_1.0.20_Customizable_UI
OS: Ubuntu 12.04
Browser: Chromium 23

An alternative could be to make available zoom in - zoom out buttons instead of 
the slider.

You can set the ZoomTime parameter down to 0.1 to speed up the zoom, does this 
help?

I cant actually see any performance problems with this slider, what browser are 
you using?

This is not a matter of performance. I think it depends on how mouse events are 
handled.
