Annotation tools are not localized #350

1. Open Adaptive UI interface, flash version
2. Select the delete tool from annotations toolbar when no annotations are 
selected

The alert popup with the message "Please select a annotation to delete" is 
opened in English language despite the localization. 

FlexPaper version: FlexPaper_2.0.6_c_Annotations_1.0.20_Customizable_UI
OS: Ubuntu 12.04
Browser: Chromium 23

Print window is localized but delete confirmation window is not. 

FlexPaper version: FlexPaper_2.1.0_c_Annotations_1.0.40_Customizable_UI-rc2
