Error: Error loading image #420

What steps will reproduce the problem?
after json is created from PDF, image is not loading

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected output- ebook to load in reader but it halts at loading publications

Error is:

Error:Error converting document, make sure the conversion tool is installed and 
that correct user permissions are applied to the SWF Path directory
