triggermode creates stack overflow #42

in all tutorials after # 2

reason is that triggermode was updated to interact with camu.cont, but these tutorial patches apparently were not updated

outlet 2 marked to camu.cont is routed back to umenu

replaced by camu.imubu.control in later versions

this is done since Aug 2019 in commit 7200a571af36c3d01a5187f70bf5ae5069b1d8f6 you need to update to the latest version with git pull tuts 7, 8, 9 still need to use the camu.* abstractions
