Make location name editable by the user #248

When editing a location is should also be made possible to edit the name of the location.

Currently if we edit the location in the map, we do the reverse geocoding for getting the name of the new selected location. Should we keep this functionality (how should the editing work then?), or should we just go for a user defined location name.
