SASL: spoofed/cloaked hostnames

Allow SASL authenticated users to use a cloaked hostname.

Add an additional parameter in 'L' message (SASL successful) to contain the cloaked hostname
Update get_client_ip() to reply 255.255.255.255 instead of the real IP address
Additional WHOIS message: :irc.localhost 320 patrick someone :is a Cloaked Connection (Spoof)
