In D4.1, we identify these CDR3 analyses:

[ ] CDR3 length distribution
[ ] CDR3 nucleotide and amino acid composition
[x] Biochemical properties
[ ] CDR3 sharing/uniqueness between repertoires
[ ] Antigen-specific T cell and B cell receptors

The Alakazam app calculates the biochemical properties.
