[x] D allele, gene, family usage
[ ] V-J gene joint distribution
[ ] Allele frequency
[ ] Isotype distribution
[ ] Fraction of productive sequences
[ ] Genotype
[ ] Haplotype

The Alakazam app calculates V,D,J allele, gene and family usage
