Refactor routes:

[x] User
[x] Spot
[x] Booking
[x] Review
[x] Image

API routes fixed so that included the Image table has the updated properties

Image and Booking routes will need further testing

Booking because the create and edit functionalities have a lot of validation to them to prevent overlapping reservations Images because it is a newly created table and will soon implement AWS3
