CO2 emission summed at group level #115

Hello, Would it be possible/make sense to have the sum of CO2 emissions per group of nodes, e.g. in group_summary?

The emission happen in the node connected to the commodity (e.g. coal_market). They could also be traced to the unit that's taking the fuel (e.g. coal_plant). They cannot be traced to the node where the generated electricity goes (e.g. electricity_west). That would create allocation issues - what if it's a CHP unit, how to divide the emissions between electricity and heat?

That's why I'm doing this for the process groups instead of node groups - group__unit and group__connection. One needs to choose output_results for the group to activate the printout. It's not ideal - we need to split output_results to sub-results in the future. But that's another issue.
