Default efficiency of 1 for units and connections #121

To be checked if there is a default efficiency for units and connections, and if not, it could be set to 1.

In the init DB the default_value is still displayed as None instead of 1 (both for unit and connection) image

This is just a display issue in the db. The efficiency default value is hard coded, as users should not have a reason to touch it. I'll add it to the databases soon.
