Default value of 1 for reliability of reserve__upDown__unit__node not working #147

There's supposed to be a default reliabilty of 1 for reserveupDownunitnode. Nonetheless, if I don't explicitely set the reliability to 1, the reserve is not working. Maybe it's worth checking if for reserveupDownconnectionnode, as we may have the same problem.
