Minor mis-match in the text and figure. #172

In the FlexTool 3.0 documentation on How to add a minimum load, start-up and ramp, the values of 0.01 have been suggested in the text for ramp_speed_up and ramp_speed_down. However, in the FlexTool relationship parameters, the values used are 0.001.

It would be good to have the same values for consistency purpose. image

@ArttuTupala maybe you can update the init DB (and Excel too) when next time changing DB values.
