inertia_largest_flow_t not in documentation #187

When we use inertia in the model, we get the output parameter inertia_largest_flow_t in group_inertia_t. This output parameter is not in the documentation, and I am not sure to understand what it means. Is it possible to add a description in the documentation?

I think it has been output for the purposes of post-processing frequency events (using some simple frequency simulation tool). If the largest flow trips, that causes the largest possible frequency dip. However, I don't recall where this exactly came for - there is a closed issue about it though.
