is_non_synchronous: drop down menu with "yes" #82

Hi, In SpineToolbox it would be good to add "yes" as a proposed value for is_non_synchronous in unit__node, and to update the parameter description (e.g. "Use 'yes" to indicate it is non_synchronous"). Thanks!
