move reach-next to remix

Recently I realised that working with next doesn't provide me with the best DX that I believe is a good enough. Major problems include:

• no route specific middleware
• React server components forces me to make almost every component "use client"
• Reach had better DX

Another solution could me ditching app directory and move to pages but that is debatable, need some more time to decide
