Third Party sharing support broken #1360

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to start a new track with the Tasker plugin
OR
1. Try to start recording with the Avocado MyTracks Bridge (fails)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected result would be for a new track to start recording when the Tasker
plugin sends the command.
The actual behaviour is that just the GPS starts, the track will not start
recording. This leaves it to the user to still press the record button.

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?
Version 2.0.5 of MyTracks (I have reverted to 2.0.4 to make it work).
Version 4.3 of Android
Nexus 4

Please provide any additional information here:
I have to think this has something to do with the new location provider, but
I'm not certain.

I have the same problem with my 3rd-party app. It opens MyTracks, but there is
no track control or feedback. MyTracks shuts down when you close the 3rd-party
app.

I'm guessing we need to update the MyTracks library and put out a new version
of the 3rd-party app?

I don't know the cause. Sounds like the 3rd-party apps can help debug on their
end first. My Tracks exposes apis for 3rd-party apps, if these apis are broken,
we will fix them.
