route link not added to spreadsheet #1378

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Export route to Google Spreadsheet
2.
3.

What is the expected output?
As in the 'old' days - a link in the spreadsheet, pointing to the route in 
Google Maps.

What do you see instead?
Only the datafields are populated - not the "Map" column. Building new 
spreadsheets, does not even contain the "Map" column

What version of MyTracks are you using?
2.0.5

On what version of Android?
4.1.2

On what phone?
Samsung Galaxy SII

Please provide any additional information here:
Worked in older versions of Mytracks.

Reverting to version 2.0.2 works.

Google Maps api will stop working soon. So from My Tracks, one would not be 
able to export a track to Google Maps. So we remove the link to Google Maps 
from spreadsheet since links to Google Maps is no longer supported.

Oh no.!! I am using the api in photo-album. So stuff like this will no
longer work:

If this is the case, I am really sorry to hear this. If there is a
mail/feedback-system for the api, please let them know, that people are
actually using their stuff.
