cumulative elevation gain #1410

PLEASE search for previous similar feature requests before filing one.

Please describe what your requested feature would do, how it would work,
etc:
On the stats screen, we would like a cumulative elevation gain.

If you're a developer, are you willing to implement this yourself? (you
probably still want to let us know so we can discuss how it'll work and
whether we believe it's a good feature to be merged into the main mytracks
distribution)

With this new upgrade it appears there is an issue with the elevation gain 
calculation. On rides before the new update i would have roughly 1453 ft in 
gain now I have 5823 ft.  Can You
 please check this issue and let me know if this could be a setting on my droid I need to change or if you have a fix for this?  Other than that I didnt have any issues with the app before the upgrade.
